We created a 2 minute video showcasing Zocdoc’s seamless patient experience—from booking to post-appointment messaging. Targeted at new providers, the video highlights features like instant booking, verified reviews, insurance checks, and personalized reminders to build confidence in Zocdoc and drive sign-ups. Deliverables included the main video with voiceover, alternate versions, and motion graphics of product screens.
I developed a comprehensive storyboard and designed original visuals to support the video. Collaborating closely with a video editor, I ensured the final video aligned with the project vision and goals.
Final video
The completion of this project was the result of a highly collaborative and iterative process. I worked closely with stakeholders, the voiceover artist, and the video editing team to refine the video through multiple iterations, ensuring it effectively communicated the value of the Zocdoc patient experience. Each revision brought us closer to achieving a polished final product that resonated with our target audience.
The video launched successfully on YouTube and was featured in several blog articles, further amplifying its reach. It also proved to be a standout performer in our product highlight email, driving 66% of feature clicks—our top-performing feature. This outcome underscores the impact of the video in building confidence and excitement among providers about Zocdoc’s marketplace.
