Chef’s Special by Freshly introduces an opportunity for customers to experience ‘EATertainment’ at home through limited-edition launches from famous regional and national chefs. This initiative combines the thrill of destination dining with craveable flavors, all while maintaining Freshly’s better-for-you ethos.
A seasonal collaboration with renowned chefs brought four distinct, high-value meals to the Freshly menu. This was supported by a cohesive marketing campaign, including a dedicated landing page, email marketing, social media, and display banners.
Concept
The project aimed to enhance the perceived value of Freshly meals, driving customer retention through high-quality, chef-driven offerings. A key focus was increasing brand awareness by crafting compelling marketing and PR stories, leveraging the unique networks and reputations of renowned chefs to elevate Freshly’s brand. Additionally, the initiative sought to attract new customers by introducing exclusive, limited-time culinary experiences that highlighted bold flavors and innovative storytelling.
